Botox and Neurotoxin Basics 

Botox, Xeomin, and Dysport injections are noninvasive procedures that can provide anti-aging results that enhance and refresh your natural looks. The neurotoxin injections relax the facial muscles limiting the contractions that cause wrinkles and lines on the face.

Botox is the original neurotoxin. It is used to temporarily relax muscles that cause lines and wrinkles. Botox is made from botulinum toxin that disrupts the communication between nerves and muscles, which reverses signs of aging. Best of all, Botox is a non-surgical treatment with proven results and requires no downtime. You will notice the results in 7 to 14 days, with results lasting 3 to 4 months. 

Xeomin is a neurotoxin modulator used to smooth your skin and treat wrinkles and lines common in aging. It is an ideal alternative to Botox for clients who have developed an intolerance to Botox. Like Botox, Xeomin relaxes targeted muscles. Xeomin takes 4 to 7 days to see the results, and results last 3 to 4 months. 

Dysport is a neurotoxin modulator. Dysport is used to smooth lines and wrinkles by relaxing specifically targeted muscles in the face. Dysport may allow for more movement and a softer look than other neurotoxins. No recovery time is needed. You will notice the results in 2 to 3 days, with results lasting up to 4 months.
