What area can be treated with Botox?

For cosmetic use Botox can be used to treat lines and wrinkles on the forehead, around the eyes, and around the mouth or for a subtle plumped lip look.

What are the possible side effects of Botox?

Some patients may experience bruising, swelling, redness or tenderness at the injection site which normally resolve on their own. Temporary ptosis or asymmetry can also occur.

How long does Botox last?

It varies from person to person, however, usually 3 to 6 months.

When will I see the results?

Most people will see results in 4 to 7 days after a Botox injection, while others may take up to 14 days to see outcome.

Is Botox safe?

Botox is FDA approved as a safe treatment for lines and wrinkles. However, it is not recommended for patients who are pregnant, breastfeeding or having certain neurological diseases or difficulty swallowing.
